Beef & Peanut Stir-Fly

Iggy loves the beef, and he loves the nuts. Together they are an unstoppable flavor eruption. Makes 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups ea. Ready in 20 mins.

Ingredients:

• - 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
• - 2 cloves garlic, minced
• - 2 tbsp Pirates Blend Caribbean Condiment
• - 1 tbsp sesame seeds (light)
• - 2 tbsp sesame oil
• - 2 tsp BeeSting Honey Habanero
• - 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables , thawed, drained
• - 1/4 cup salted Peanuts
• - 2 cups hot cooked jasmine rice
• - 3 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions:

Toss meat with garlic and cornstarch; set aside. Heat sesame oil & seeds, PB Caribbean Condiment and BeeSting Honey Habanero in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 4 min.

Add meat mixture; cook and stir 3 to 4 min or until meat is cooked to your delite. Stir in peanuts

Spoon meat mixture over rice; top with cilantro. Pair with a crispy reisling or pinot grigio.
