Honey Bee Jerk Seasoning
This recipe works particularly well with pork, lamb or chicken. To really capture how well this seasoning works with prok, lamb or chiken replace the word particularly with extremelly or even unimaginably.
Ingredients:
• - 1/4 cup Iguana Jerk Seasoning (see this recipe first)
• - 2 tbsp finely minced fresh root ginger
• - 3 tbsp BeeSting Honey n’ Habanero Pepper Sauce
Directions:
First, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Then, marinate, glaze, dip or grill to your little hearts content. Then, enjoy!!
Makes 1/4 cup (enough to marinate 2lb meat)
