Junkanoo Snapper
The Junkanoo Snapper will make you snap out of your everyday slumber. A food experience you'll never forget.
Ingredients:
• - 2 1 Lb Snapper Fillets
Marinade:
• - 1/4 cup soy sauce
• - 1 5oz. bottle Tamarindo Bay Steak Sauce
• - 1 tbsp. BeeSting Honey Habanero Pepper Sauce
Basting Mixture:
• - 1/2 cup olive oil
• - 1/4 cup melted butter
• - 1 Tbsp dill weed
• - 1 Tbsp granulated garlic
• - Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Remove skin from fillets and marinate for 15 minutes. Remove fillets from marinate, baste both sides of fillets with basting sauce (reserve 1/4 of basting sauce) and place in fish grilling rack or directly on grill. Grill on medium-high heat, basting liberally, until done.
