Devilish Dressings

Lime Vinaigrette

This dressing is based on a standard vinaigrette recipe but using lime instead of vinegar. The sharpness of the lime cuts through the oily base and complements any salad containing fruit. Using the BeeSting Rainforest Honey mustard and Iguana Red Cayenne Pepper Sauce there's nothing standard or ordinary with the taste of this Lime Vinaigrette.


• - 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• - 2 tsp sugar
• - 1 tsp BeeSting Rainforest Honey Mustard
• - 1/2 tsp very finely minced or pressed garlic
• - 1 tsp snipped fresh chives
• - 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
• - 1/4 cup olive oil
• - 1/2 tsp Iguana Red Cayenne Pepper Sauce


1. Blend the lime juice, sugar, mustard, garlic, chives, and lime zest together, using a whisk.

2. Then add the oil slowly, whisking continuously. Toss with the salad just before serving.

3. Eat.
