Ingredients:

• - 2 cloves chopped garlic
• - 2 tbls. chopped onions
• - 1 tbls. finely chopped ginger
• - 1 6.5oz jar SweetSting Pineapple Guava Glaze Topping
• - 1/3 cup vinegar
• - 1/3 cup dark rum
• - 2 tbls tomato sauce
• - 3 tbls lime juice
• - 1 tbs soy sauce
• - 2 tbs brown sugar
• - 3 tbs Iguana Mean Green Jalapeno Hot Sauce
• - 1 tbs grape jelly

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 - 20 minutes until thickened
