Thai-Sting Basil Chicken

Unlock the mysteries of the Orient with this seductive, tempting dish. The pepper sauce lends it an exotic sting, but the mild flavors of chicken and basil are soothing and satisfying. Delicate in texture, dramatic in taste - a sure bet to spice up a quiet Sunday afternoon.

Ingredients:

• - 3 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
• - 2 tbsp. peanut oil
• - 1 tbsp. BeeSting Brand Pepper Sauce
• - 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
• - 2 tbsp. fish sauce (typical Asian bottled style)
• - 5 cloves garlic sliced
• - 5 sliced scallions

Directions:

Put chicken breasts in freezer until firm but not frozen solid. Cut chicken into thin slices. Heat up pan (preferably a wok -- the kind with a handle like a frying pan are best). Add oil and stir-fry garlic and scallions until tender but not brown, about 1-2 minutes.

Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through. Add BeeSting Brand Pepper Sauce. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute more. (Avoid intentionally inhaling the fumes of cooking pepper sauces). Stir in basil and fish sauce, mixing thoroughly. Serve over jasmine rice. Serve Thai Iced Tea. Have friends over and look at snapshots of their vacation to Thailand. Buy plane tickets to Bangkok. Go on vacation.
