WILD BEAN DIP
A DELICIOUS, SPICY & EASY TO MAKE, SNACK-APPETIZER.
Ingredients:
• - 2 OZ OF IGUANA GOLD-ISLAND PEPPER SAUCE OR 1 BOTTLE OF IGUANA DEUCE BOLD GOLD PEPPER SAUCE
• - 1 CAN OF DRAINED & RINSED KIDNEY BEANS
• - 1.5 CLOVES OF GARLIC
• - 3 TSP. OLIVE OIL
• - 1 TSP. CIDER VINEGAR
• - JUICE & ZEST OF 1/2 LIME
Directions:
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A SMALL FOOD PROCESSOR AND PUREE UNTIL SMOOTH. SERVE IT WITH CORN CHIPS, PITA OR BAGEL CHIPS OR SERVED ON RICE. EVEN BETTER WITH A COLD BEVERAGE.
